IRA-SME
IRA-SME aims to enhance the competitive standing of SMEs seeking easier access to the facilities offered by research, by forging fruitful collaboration with research and technology centres internationally. In return, these centres will be able to benefit from the commercial expertise of these SMEs.
The competitive ability of these SMEs will be improved through:
- new collaborations between SMEs from different countries and regions
- assistance forging contacts with the right centres to respond to their challenges
- an increase in their ability to collaborate and compete, in order to work in R&D networks
- optimisation of the centres’ ability to effectively collaborate with SMEs
