Smart Specialisation Strategy
The regional Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) is the new Walloon innovation strategy for 2021–2027, in conjunction with Wallonia’s recovery plan.
It aims to respond to societal challenges and market needs, and bolster regional competitiveness, through innovation.
This strategy is fully realised in the turbulent socioeconomic context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
